People will not open fire on middle eastern looking women and children ... it just won’t happen ... and THAT hesitation will allow the men to kill wantonly
I don't know for sure, but I'd venture the guess those scum did NOT come in saying, "This is a stickup, nobody move"
I think they walked in, as a recognized couple and before anyone could react to guns or clothing, they were close enough to kill almost 20 people, then get out, into a car and start to flee
That's a lot of delay time
The American people have been intimidated about guns sufficiently to allow that to happen
