In my opinion, a phase out plan is being against it. Anyway, no one really cares about this. Trump is for it, so they’ve got nothing but hate.
This is about as much of a “flip flop” as the gay marriage thing.
Ending the subsidies is ending the subsidies which is a whole lot better than supporting subsidies for ethanol AND wind like “some” candidates do.
This would be like printing an article that says: “Obama supports Bush tax cuts until 2010” since he allowed the 10 year cut to expire without asking for renewal from Congress.
