What I’m curious about is how does this Constitutional whiz propose to defuse the USSC problem. It’s already gone well left of the people. The left knows how to pump little political organs like this, very well.
It’s not like it hasn’t been talked about either e.g. Bork Amendment for one possibility.
And if Cruz is the nominee, Hillary is a lock.
