I don't think they do. There is a U.S. Air Force base nearby close to Basra. There are enough bombs PLUS on any of our fighters.
However, if any of those wealthy nations need any weapons the Russians are MORE than glad to sell any and all deadly weapons to anyone, including the Gulf States.
