1, if they are going to go hide, as the memo instructs, do you expect them to stroll away, or run like hell!
2, they are told to hide.
Run & Hide = Run & Hide.
It IS misleading and more sloppy journalism,
The “run and hide” was put into quotes leading one to believe those were the words used. They weren’t.
Without the quotes it would be correct.

I took the headline to imply that an active shooter situation was underway at ‘Chicago Airport’ right now.

If it’s something I need to hide from, it’s something I need to run away from, too!
