Exactly - until those recourses are worked or denied, this action is not justified and only feeds 0bama's feeding frenzy against the second amendment.

Really? And just WHO is going to pay the enormous costs of extended litigation in face of imminent actions against Americans by the government? Lawyers, of which there are far too many in America, are the only real winners in any confrontation. Want to cut the crap? Cut the number of lawyers in Washington!

I have never ever been so disappointed in FreeRepublic as I am right now. These people are willing to die for their freedom. And we act like they are our enemy. Shameful. Maybe this is the start of the revolution, I don't know. But I wish everyone in America felt as strongly as the Bundy's and the Hammonds. But it appears that even FR has bought into the MSM narrative that they are crazy. It's not your life and livelihood that the Government keeps stealing and changing. This is not the Country that was handed to us.

The libs go around protesting and revolting and they are cheered as heroes. We try to protect our lives and lands and families and we are described as nuts and FR is willing to just play into it.
