That depends in large part on who is in the White House.
Ted Cruz has stated that he will invalidate all of Obama’s illegal and unconstitutional executive orders as soon as he takes Office. Trump will very likely do the same. There is universal agreement among conservative REAL Americans that Barky has overreached and if the Congress won’t straighten up and fly right, they too can be evicted from their plush offices.

The GOPe doesn't have a problem with gun control. I wouldn't be surprised if they we're OK with confiscation for that matter.
