Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) tells his volunteers about the need to energize and mobilize Christians.
"If we awaken and energize the body of Christ - if Christians and people of faith come out and vote our values - we will win and we will turn the country around," Cruz told volunteers on a conference call Tuesday.
Cruz also said that he is organizing a coalition of pastors in early states including Iowa and South Carolina. "We're working to have a lead pastor in each of the 99 counties in Iowa, 99 pastors are organizing other pastors," Cruz said. "We're doing the same thing in South Carolina, organizing pastors in 46 counties to motivate and organize other pastors." Cruz warned that, as the election nears, the attacks on his campaign will become more vicious. "I want to tell everyone to get ready, strap on the full armor of God, get ready for the attacks that are coming," he warned. "Come the month of January we ainât seen nothing yet."

But seriously, mining people's FB pages ( I don't have one )and using their "friends list" and doing the same thing on cell phones is VERY different! Not to mention that there is NO way that our email addy could be gotten from using a credit card.
You're the only one saying that from what I can see.
We have been down this road too many times and we all know where it leads. Rick Sanitorium, Todd Akin, Richard Mourdock have all perfectly illustrated what Springwater is talking about. This kind of pandering does not end in wins, it ends in losses, especially in general elections.
And Ted Cruz has talked about using nuclear weapons against another culture so I don't think he holds the moral high ground that you credit him with. pretty sure Jesus wouldn't nuke a country.
The faith that won our freedom happened 1700 years before our FFs.
this would be a body of Christ joke if it were not real
I heard at the family Christmas gathering that one of my DIL’s sisters took communion and was offered gluten free wafers
the question then rose was it bread and was it actually an acceptable wafer
Your post is unintelligible.
You're CREEPY !
It was the same abiding faith in Jesus Christ that founded this nation.
And Gov. Ronald Reagan signed a bill legalizing abortion before Roe v. Wade.
Yes, they believed in GOD, weren't afraid to talk about and pray to HIM; however, they didn't USE HIS name to beg for money nor win votes.
Preacher or presidential candidate? This is offensive and marginalizes Cruz. He may keep a core cadre of supporters but no one beyond this. The Republican party does not need Christian Taliban within its midst. Even Huckabee didn’t wrap himself in his religion.
Lol!
” Ted Cruz has talked about using nuclear weapons against another culture so I don’t think he holds the moral high ground that you credit him with. pretty sure Jesus wouldn’t nuke a country.”
What a steaming pantload. So no president since FDR has been fit in your mind. Every one of them has planned the use of nuclear weapons and none of them has unilaterally sworn off their use. I’m not voting for Jesus representative on earth. Im voting for a President. Grow up troll.
That he did; however, some here refuse to accept historical facts and make up their own FAUX HISTORY !
In which election did the founding fathers run?
Yea Trump supported 55 million baby killings and I’m creepy
Freud anyone?
You don't even know what volunteers he was talking to. If it was group of Christian volunteers he was saying the right things. I've heard him give speeches and he gives policy statements that appeal to more than the Christian right.
You tell HOW others can get email addies, from someone's credit card history, or out of thin air?
And yes, some people used actual money and/or checks to pay with. Nobody can trace those purchases.
