Ok, 1. If Cruz is the nominee I will still vote but will vote third party, probably the Constitutional Party but it depends on who is running.

Wow! I don’t know what the rules in Nevada are, but Ted Cruz would be a perfect fit for that “line”. In New York State, a candidate can be on multiple tickets/lines. If either Cruz or Trump is the Republican nominee, either could well also be on the Conservative Party’s ticket—unless the law allowing it has changed.

I very strongly believe that Ted Cruz is not eligible to serve as President of the United States. It wouldn’t matter what ticket he was on.
