In an interview with Charlie Rose, George Lucas spoke about everything from his and Disney’s branching vision to the deal itself. Lucas, who has always been protective of his series and even refers to them as his “kids,†hasn’t been looking back well on the deal with Disney (via Collider).

the Darth Vader bad boy redux character
was soooo disappointed when he unmaske himself. So average looking. I expected darth vader jr to be more handsome.
and how does an untrained scavenger girl manage to beat not just vader jr but also 2 thugs??? I just did not believe she would be that powerful never having used her Force powers.

The characters are well done and fit the Star Wars themes and this season's Rex and his fellow clones Gregor and Wolfe are a hoot. I still laugh at Gregor's "Oh, hunter, bait..it-it's all the same." about Zeb being bait for the Jupers.
Good stuff. In fact, so far the characters, dialog, art and stories have been so much fun that I hate that it's from Disney. Easily as good as or better than the cartoons from my youth, so I think the franchise and library of stories are in good hands.
Me too! It was all I could do not to whoop and clap! Nice big hole and..bye bye!! It was never about Solo. Good riddance! And his son looked ugly enough to be his kid. Never mix dark side genetics and criminals. Gotta end bad. After all these years it was worth the wait to see him die.

Why do I get this megalomaniacal vibe from Lucas when he talks about white slavers?
I thought it was pretty good, too. I remember Lucas was sick of Star Wars awhile back, and said so publicly. Much better that someone else with a fresh eye can take it forward.
Well he and Spielberg can always do another Indiana Jones film. Maybe J.J. Abrams can reboot that series as well.
The thing is who can or will be the new Indiana Jones??
Well Lucas has married a hip black chick so I guess maybe he now identifies as Black. He really is mentally gone and has been for awhile.

Producer Gary Kurtz got fed up with Lucas and left after TESB also.
