That’s not an answer. That is wishful thinking.
This was a seriously stupid move up there with “no one wants to hear about your damn emails”.
What folks are trying to do is take his statement at face value, with no regard to what he DIDN’T say. Did Cruz say he’d take Hillary’s treatment of Bubba’s victims off the table? Did he say he wouldn’t broadside her with her hypocritical statement that victims should be heard? Point is.. he can destroy her on the subject without even bringing up Bubba’s name. That is hardly “wishful” thinking.
