That stinks. Well, hopefully, since he was older when violating probation, the bail jumping (or whatever it is called there) will get him more time. And, Mom too.

He was sentenced to 10 years. Then given the time on probation if he followed the probation rules. Combined with flight to another country, he will most likely serve the remaining time of the 10 year sentence.

I was wrong.

As of now, the most severe punishment Couch could face is 120 days in adult jail, Tarrant County District Attorney Sharen Wilson said at a press conference
