Minor update.
Wonder if Webster Hubbell will get his own little closet room with cot and bed pan for being such a good boy if the Clinton mafia get back in. But then he could get better quarters with a little blackmail on the Arkansas mafia.

Well if everyone after high school had to do two years for this country, with no deferments you could go military, national Health Service, Peace Corps,Vista etc. no service, no government employment, no govt backed student loans, noSba loans either. Might work pretty well.
If I remember correctly, once a male has been in this country for a minimum of 6 months, they are eligible to be drafted, per the current selective service law.
