That’s a very telling comparison.
I do feel bad for all the decent black folks who get dragged through the mud because of behaviour by others.
On a good note, it’s often very easy to tell the difference. I see a black man and his wife and kids out together, usually coming and going to church as well, just another civilized normal family.
The types that like to act up I’m pretty sure that most didn’t come from good solid God fearing families.
....”I do feel bad for all the decent black folks who get dragged through the mud because of behavior by others”.....
But what are the “decent black folks” doing within their culture to help their fellow men change the equation?.....Certainly handouts don’t fix ‘the mindset’ and in fact exasperate it all the more.
I cannot find within myself any further compassion or concern for them any longer....especially when once one of them gets above the hood he’s out of there searching for a neighborhood that is not black. They know who and what their people are about....and also that as soon as any rise above the tide the others will pull them back down if they stay there.
For the most part most do not want to do the hard work of changing their situation....it’s just easier to take form “the man” what they think they’re owed....
