Washington will not share intelligence data on Islamic State positions in Syria and will not accept Moscow's offer to cooperate on rooting out terrorism until Moscow changes its position on Syrian President Bashar Assad's future, the Pentagon said.
Ever since the start of the Russian campaign in Syria in late September, Moscow has been offering to share information with the US-led coalition against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), urging Washington to reciprocate. After months of extensive diplomatic efforts by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense, and the Kremlin, the Pentagon is still refusing to enter the proposed cooperation.
"We are not going to cooperate with Russia on Syria until they change their strategy of supporting Assad and instead focus on ISIL," US Defense Department Spokesperson Lt. Col. Michelle Baldanza told Sputnik on Friday.

“The American side, which leads the coalition that Turkey belongs to, knew about the location and time of our planes’ flights, and we were hit exactly there and at that time,” Putin said.
“Why did we pass this information to the Americans? Either they were not controlling what their allies were doing, or they are leaking this information all over the place.”

The Obama administration has been supporting ISIS all along. Where to you think ISIS got all of that heavy equipment? The U.S. military have made cosmetic strikes against ISIS. Do you think U.S. intel was unaware of the thousands of trucks delivering oil to Turkey on a daily basis? Turkey has also been supporting ISIS. Assad must go. Obama needs another success like he achieved in Libya. Assad should agree to negotiate with the U.S. only after we remove Obama.
Like the Russians need to be gifted “intelligence” from our compromised security agencies. They probably see the CIA product as soon as Obama does.
Obama refuses to look at it, so it’s likely the Russians are the only ones using the Intel.
