American laws. I abide by the laws of my country. You do realize that what is legal and illegal isn't always also moral or immoral respectively, right? I mean, that was the first thing I learned taking an ethics class. Did you fail it or what?
But then it doesn't really matter that much. As an athiest you can go ahead and believe whatever you want, but, of course, from the Christian perspective, you are highly immoral, committing many foul and wicked sins in both action and in your own heart. If we sat here and analyzed your life, there's no way you would pass. And, by the way, none of us do either.

Tough. I live my life as an American, not as a follower of Middle Eastern religions.

Tough. I live my life as an American, not as a follower of Middle Eastern religions. In other words, you're entirely irrational and failed to even provide a legitimate standard by which you live, because, apparently, you're still stuck in the fallacy that legal = moral, but despite that you're in a thread criticizing Christians? Wow.

1 John 1:8
If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
An atheist; by definition; has no god.
No god; therefore; no sin.

I see no reason to do that. You then must; I assume; have reasons that you do NOT do so.

One who BELIEVES that there IS no God.

Well, duh! Of course they do: the definition of an atheist is merely "one who does not believe in God." We don't have squat else in common, so guess what: Scientologists all show more unity to each other than non-Scientologists. You know what it proves? It proves they believe in Scientology. Talk about "duh." the point is that while you disallow the need for a supreme authority based upon your false premise that (undefined, own head idea of) Christians are all a bunch of people with differing ideas made up in their own head, the fact is those who have a supreme source they actually hold to, whether it be Scripture or the organization of L. Ron Hubbard.
Thus, as said before in such a case the issue would then being the warrant for that standard. But instead of following along with the argument and dealing with the lack of any supreme standard for either the law-abiding American atheist or his atheistic counterpart, you engaged in more ranting misrepresentations.
You are right, you donât have the inclination, meaning to really deal with what refutes you.

What? This is not even a complete sentence:
the point is that while you disallow the need for a supreme authority based upon your false premise that (undefined, own head idea of) Christians are all a bunch of people with differing ideas made up in their own head, the fact is those who have a supreme source they actually hold to, whether it be Scripture or the organization of L. Ron Hubbard.
That's not a sentence. I can't even tell what you are trying to say. Read the underlined parts. You see what's missing?
Thus, as said before in such a case the issue would then being the warrant for that standard.
???
I am not trying to be mean, but... is English not your first language?

No, I just find that doing my job, paying my bills, keeping house, obeying the law, and being polite is enough for me. It’s gotten me through 50 years of life so far, and I haven’t seen the need for more.
