Gowdy is playing Russian Roulette with his political career. He has decided to cast his lot with the GOPe, which will disqualify him for any high position in a Cruz or Trump administration. Gowdy’s endorsement will do nothing for Rubio’s chances of beating Cruz and Trump in Iowa. All Gowdy has done is reinforced Rubio’s reputation as a RINO.
I agree that Gowdy’s endorsement will hurt him more than it will help Rubio.
Alas! Trey attempting to play his TRUMP card on a losing hand? His fan club, and he does have them, will be scratching their heads over this. Those pod people work so fast - how did Kevin McCarthy manage to save the world? Only by accident.
