He realizes Jews and atheists also vote, and has two Jewish in-laws, so...

So what? Trump claims to be a Christian so wish them a Merry Christmas. Or, if he is so inclined, a Happy Hanukkah. Or a Merry Christmakwanzahanukkah if he wants to be politically correct. So much for kicking Happy Holidays to the corner.

I think he is against the banning of Christmas greetings by companies wishing to profit from Christmas, and the punishing of store employees for not being allowed to say "Merry Christmas" to shoppers, and things like that.

So it's OK for Trump to use Happy Holidays in order not to offend Jewish and atheist voters, but it's not OK for stores to use Happy Holidays in order not to offend Jewish and atheist clientele. Got it.

That’s a dumb argument. If Trump is sending cards unsolicited to people’s homes it’s vastly different than a Jewish, for example, walking into a Christian bowned store and the owner saying Happy HolidYs instead of merry Christmas. Even worst when the place of business is clearly benefiting from the fact that 90% of the people in the store are shopping in preparation for Christmas

Did you read the link? Did you see a picture of the card? It says - Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
