Isn’t it curious how secular liberals seem to be rushing to the defense of Islam, a religion that is violently opposed to the libertine lifestyle that liberals advocate.

It is always amusing when secular liberals who reject God, who reject the idea of sin and who certainly don’t think they need “salvation” scold the rest of us about Islam? It seems like secular liberals have found a common cause with fervent Muslims. That cause seems to be the demise of the west and the US in particular.

For the longest time, many of the pseudointellectual liberal elite condescendingly dismissed G-D as a nonexistent "invisible sky daddy". Not to mention how many of them go into a near orgasmic trance when they hear Imagine, especially those lyrics: "...and no religion too/ no hell below us/ above us only sky.." Since 9/11 islam is cool with them? IMHO, I think libs see Islamists as "fellow travelers" The gay hatred, misogyny, animal abuse, etc so prevelant in Islam is, pardon the pun TRUMPED by their common hatred of all things Judeo-Christian and Western. So they seek an unholy alliance of convenience with islam. An alliance based on the flawed assumption that "an enemy of my enemy is my friend. And we all know what happens when we ASS-U-ME.
