And the teachers who are indoctrinating caliphate material? Either stupid, or common core. I suspect common core, being qatari origin, provides ample instructions on just how to indoctrinate students into the new caliphate.
Ah, it’s Wintertime.........the crazed, foaming at the mouth public school teacher hater. I am a special needs teacher of small kids in a self contained room. You lump the bad teachers in w/ the good. We all s*ck in your eyes. I imagine you being the overbearing & loud parent who finds trouble & controversy at every bend & the other parents shrinking away or running when you come shrieking w/ some petition. No way anyone carpools w/ you.
I have lots of issues w/ the public school system, but today I’m too tired. For what it’s worth I think the assignment is so hideously inappropriate & wrong. Yes heads should roll. But you don’t want to hear that from me, shreekers never do. I have been out late for several evenings shopping for Christmas gifts & food for our class party. Then I changed the pull up of the tiny kindergartner who can’t speak, but gets such a kick out of getting a clean pull up & a powdery tummy that she shrieks w/ laughter. We watched “A Miracle on 34th St.” & “A Charlie Brown Christmas” while snuggling w/ blankets on our mat. It was a little girl cozy pile up. And then we had our treats. Oh, & a local insurance agency adopted my class & brought over a giant stocking filled w/ toys & candy. We will draw picture thank you cards when we get back. Lots of hugs & saying, “I love you & Merry Christmas,” at the end of the day. It was a 60% day, but have no fear the teachers had to stay until regular dismissal.
Every institution has problems, deeply embedded ones & each profession has people who bring shame to said profession. But the majority care & try their best. I would like to believe that.
Maybe you could go & shreek in the woods about something. I’m sure some crows need frightened out of trees
