I would start with the UN security council’s five permanent members and reduce it to three. the U.S, Russian Federation and China. Then what the heck, lets just divvy up the world between the three of us.

Why bother with the UN at all? The US should get out of the UN and boot the UN out of the US. The UN is one of our enemies... a forum for communists and terrorists.
