I literally don’t have enough time to plough through all those links. All I want to know is this. Did Cruz’ amendment specify that no action toward any kind of legalization of foreign invaders could proceed unless and until the border was sealed?

If you can tell me which link contains that provision, I’ll mark it for later reading. I am surprised to hear that Cruz specified NO action on foreign invaders for at least three years. I can’t peruse the link now, but I’m curious enough to want to at least try to study it later.
