Someone probably covered this already but Rand Paul and Charles Krauthammer need to get a copy of the Geneva Convention and read the part that specifically says that it does not cover non-state actors and those who wear no uniform.
Excellent point, as long as Trump reads the Constitution and makes the distinction that the American citizen relatives of terrorists can not be punished unless they are also convicted of crimes. “Shall not work tainture of blood” is the exact wording.
Now non citizens obviously don’t have that protection.
