Trump and Cruz did great tonight. Rubio was a dud. Christie was surprisingly good and so was Rand Paul. Carly was awful. Carson was just there and he managed to stay awake. Jebbie - I think he will soon be forced to drop out before he embarrasses the Bush family even further.

Overall, I think you have to call Trump the winner. He had the moderators out to get him, the audience was stacked against him. But he conducted himself with dignity and class. He came across as very presidential tonight.

Trump did awesome aside from the pig fight he let Bush drag him into. Cruz did awesome aside from trying to overrun his talk time a little. Rand Paul surprised me with with really good sparring today.

Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich just need to go away. Rubio and Christy didn't move the needle up or down. And at the kids table Huckabee and Santorum showed they should be moved up to Bush, Fiorina, or Kasich's podiums.
