Rand Paul is slamming Rubio tonight and comes across as credible.
I noticed that too. I'm periodically impressed by Rand Paul, not regularly but periodically. Tonight is such a night.

I choose to give to Senator Paul's Senate campaign, since he has such a burden, and Kentucky (and the nation) needs him in the Senate.

Looks like Paul knows he’s not going to be candidate and has chosen Cruz.
