Yes. Regardless, Cruz has had plenty of time to speak in this debate and has made the most of it. He comes across as sober, forceful, knowledgeable and presidential.
Exactly. Everyone was interrupting. Cruz tries to get a word in and they immediately cut him off. Everyone else gets 20 seconds or so.
