Isn’t the current border patrol policy to ask what country they are from? So Mexicans say they are from Guatemala or Honduras and we take them as refugees.
What is the difference between that and asking their religion? So, effectively, the question they are currently ridiculing is current policy.

The Cruz vs. Trump thing is a side show. The Left loves sideshows that deflects the real substantive issues of the Left’s failed dogma of big government and less freedom. The stupid Right allows them to do so. The Right has more integrity than the Left but the Left is more cunning than the Right.
The whole “debate” in it’s current, non-substantive format is a side show. Kind of a waste. One wishes somebody on the Right would take the reigns of some kind of broadcasting capability and actually hold an debate with an actual debate format where agreed-upon substantive topics were discussed and debated by ALL participants, the “moderators” staying totally in the background.
The only reason I want to see it is to watch how Trump handles things and maybe see if Cruz can blast the media for the reasons above. Maybe Rand Paul’s comments if and when he introduces the Constitution as a substantive domestic issue, which of course it always is when it comes to federal acts.

He did get a weak applause when he finished a retort to Santorum’s response.
These pathetic weasels,along with CNN, are conducting a war on Trump, the sickening thing is they are doing this behind his back with no chance to reply.
I just hope he MAKES time he has on at big stage to attack both CNN and the cowardly low percenters for this outrageous conduct.
JEB should not even bother to be in the debates. He is still in the race because he is planning on a brokered convention and being installed as the nominee. The GOPe, will not accept anything other than that.

I have a difficult time paying attention to these people because every word they’re saying is ultimately meaningless. None of them are going to be the candidate.
I wish the network had set the polling bar at 10% and had the three or four top polling candidates on the main debate (where they’d actually have some time) and bumped everyone else to the warm-up debate. Is it simply because whatever powers-that-be support Jeb that this isn’t happening? It’s silly that each of these early debate people has so much time to talk - but the people who actually have a shot at winning the nomination get to talk for a total of six or seven minutes.

watching the kiddie debate. 85% of the Muslim world is Sunni, so I wondered what the ration of terrorist acts was and it was 70% Sunni in 2011. So it’s about proportional to the population. Doesn’t matter if you are Sunni or Shiite.
