Being a socialist or communist is not necessarily a Treasonable offense by the Constitution. But being and continuing to act as an enemy islamist agent, counter to the oath obama took as President of the United States definitely is. And I’m certain that the requisite two witnesses to such actions could be brought forth without much difficulty.
The generic term "treason" simply means "betrayal". People of every community, state, and nation, can rightly claim betrayal by any of their neighbors who have facilitated a muslim invasion that will certainly result in the rapes and murders of innocent people. This is where the generic definition of treason applies.

In the USA, under the US Constitution, the "sovereign" is "We the People", unlike other nations where the sovereign is either royalty or those in high office. Treason in the USA means betrayal of the People, and betrayal of the States, by their servants in US government positions. This is where the constitutional definition applies.
