Well, you start by examining where they’re coming from. There are countries where we should not allow anyone unless they can prove they’re not a Muslim. And that will take care of the majority. We can finesse it from there. Their passports will eliminate another huge chunk. If they can’t prove who they are, send them back. It’s not like we have a burning need for Muslim immigrants. Muslims have no interest in assimilating into our Judeo_christian society anyway. Their religion commands them not to.

Once those are fixed then open up to non-Muslim immigrants only. Do it by asking religious type questions pertaining to Christianity and see how well versed the person is.
