I disagree. trump attacks Sen. Cruz as a maniac who “can’t get things done” while proposing something that would be dead on arrival at Congress. On the other hand, Sen. Cruz’ proposal would have some chance of passing. Stupid.
The President CAN keep people out. It’s part of the US Code. In fact, Carter kept out and kicked out Iranians in 1979.
