No other reason? Literally no other reason?

As I said, I don’t agree with his initial and fairly long support of it.

But it’s not as if there are literally no other possibilities.

Such as, he supports free trade- which is why he said he was supporting it.

Or that, given that if memory serves me correctly it’s good for 6 years, he was banking on a conservative, perhaps even himself, being the president for the majority of those 6 years.

I still think he made a bad choice initially. I’m not however inclined to automatically subscribe such bad choices to conspiracy theories.

And you think, in a country that elected obumber twice, taking a gamble on something like that is rational? I don't think we have much to talk about.
