They listen, but their thought processes are so perverted they arrive at perverted conclusions. It is definitely a mental disorder.
I think they view everything through their own flawed but idealistic agendas. Naive in the sense that they ignore anything which is not part of their immediate surroundings. As though if they don’t see it, then it doesn’t exist. But I wonder if that’s inevitable in a society—if we fight like hell against the evil of the world in order to protect our society, society will become complacent and think there is no evil in the world.
