I don't think you're going to see cruz fighting with trump. Cruz knows he is drafting behind trump and doesn't want to alienate the trump voter base that he hopes to win over when/if the trump campaign implodes.

Especially over this ethanol throw away issue.

I like trump and i like cruz. Doesn't mean i lose my mind if they bicker a little bit.
