Actually, Rooster was my like my son to me...my favorite cat. He slept on my tummy every night.
He was hit and killed by a car last Easter week. I have his ashes next to my bed.
Sorry for such a downer. I sure do miss my little Rooster.

I’m sorry for you. It’s so hard missing your kitty in this season of the year.
We have a few ghost kitties around here. After they’re gone, I keep one of their best stuffed toys, attach a ribbon and put it in the box with the Christmas tree decorations.
Pleasant memories of your furball... (but just forget the hairballs...)
