it is also interesting that the 8th amendment is just about the only one of our Bill of Rights that Obama hasn’t yet attempted to revoke through his patently unconstitutional ‘executive orders’ (diktats befitting a dictator, in many cases)
so now Mr. Trump proposes to gut the 8th amendment and issue EO’s imposing the death penalty on American citizens falling into grouping(s) of his choosing?

(but then again, the 8th Amendment is just about all that’s left of our Bill of Rights, after Obama.. so I guess Trump didn’t have many other available liberties to propose revoking? after all, Obama’s pretty much gutted most of the rest of our liberties)
