Soon the only crime will be Murder of a minority. Making just one crime would save resources and law enforcement could focus on a limited population.

It's not a waste of law-enforcement resources to arrest people for committing crimes with actual victims. Marijuana sales among adults have no victims - everyone involved is a willing participant.
