A well established epigram holds that "the Constitution is not a suicide pact." If advocating and instigating lethal violence is a tenet of a religion, then practitioners of that religion must be held accountable.

If advocating and instigating lethal violence is a tenet of a religion, then practitioners of that religion must be held accountable. It's not just lethal violence, but lethal violence in pursuit of establishing a religion that comes with it's own government, based on laws that are fundamentally incompatible with the Constitution.

Correct. The practitioners need to be held accountable, not the building they meet in.
