Then I guess you've never been to Watts/Los Angeles, Oakland and San Francisco. They have some nassssty areas. Always did; always will.

However, I take your word for it that the ENTIRE cities of Seattle and Portland are without trouble...all just fine for anyone to walk in at any time of the day or night.
My sister lived up there for a year (with new hubby). She told me about the rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain and more rain. We both agreed that the RAIN made the areas so wonderfully GREEN all year round.
