But the fact is, the first thing a president does when he or she takes the oath of office is to swear an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

When did Obama EVER do that? Obama has never preserved, protected or defended the constitution of these United States. He has shredded it apart.

And the fact is, what Donald Trump said yesterday disqualifies him from serving as president.

Ummm....no. The constitution is clear on that one. The president of the United States has every right to exclude dangerous, undesirable aliens from this country.

The president absolutely has the power to bar immigrants from anywhere he deems to be contrary to the interests of the US.

SO, may it be concluded that the FAILURE of the current occupant of the Oval Office to exercise the authority granted to the Chief Executive under the law constitutes a willful abandonment of his Constitutional obligation to 'preserve, protect and defend' the Constitution and We The People of the United States?
