Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports,†the Secretary of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson said Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s call to ban Muslims from entering the Untied States is “irresponsible, probably illegal, unconstitutional and contrary to international law, un-American, and will actually hurt our efforts at homeland security.â€

In the real non liberal addle brained world, no foreign national, be it athiest, buddahist, moslem, christian, or otherwise has a Constitutional right to enter the USA.
Constitutional rights do not attach to foreign nationals unless they are physically present here

Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.

This is starting to get my blood boiling at these fools trying to pass this off as Constitutional. They are showing they have no clue as to what the Constitution says only to use it to further their own power and control which is polar opposite of what the Constitution means for government power and control.

Not irresponsible, not illegal, not unconstitutional, not un-American. International law cannot dictate our immigration policies and Homeland Security so far is not doing a bang-up job.

Why is the ban of Muslims, whose goal is to murder us, unconstitutional but not a ban on snake-handling religion that poses no threat to us? In several states, snake-handling religion has been banned.
