The first priority is to bring tens of thousands of Muslims including jihadists into the US. Then create new levels of bureaucracy with an ISIS czar, an ISIS under-Czar, an assistant ISIS Czar and many more cubicle sitters. And make sure to give the Muslim brotherhood control over all these positions.

Reid is a useless clown. Someone needs to slap some sense into him.
