It is simply a guess of what five liberal justices on the SCOTUS would do.
Oh I agree with you on that. But, precedent does not trump-no pun intended, the Constitution.
And so, there is the problem. Untill the STATES get enough of this crap, it continues.
Of course, that’s including the blackmailed judges!
