Here in Texas, at least, Latinos don’t vote in near the numbers that either whites or blacks do: that is, a far smaller percentage of them actually vote.

I wonder if that is true in other states with large latino populations?
I seriously doubt this poll corrects for that; it’s not for “likely voters.”
