The lawyers said Trump destroyed the value of Univision's rights to broadcast the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants when he announced June 16 that he was running for president. ... Ya know, it seems doubtful to me that this is even TRUE. Trump could cut Univision some slack if it was true. Show he is a mensch. But this sounds like a phoney excuse to me.

Yep. Real big stretch on damaging the brand. If anything Trump can prove the brand is worth more than when the contract was signed. The debate ratings are proof enough.
