It’s not too hard. If you’re hanging out at the local mosque and Abdul comes over and asks you if you want to kill a few hundred people, perhaps instead of politely saying no, you also let the FBI know what Abdul wants to do.
That’s how it works in Christian churches, Jewish Synagogues, and all other houses of worship. And it’s not very hard to do.
They struggle because its hard to pretend to care about infidels/Christians getting gunned down.

There should be no struggle at all. If you are a peaceful Muslim, immediately swear an oath of allegiance to the United States, vociferously decry the actions of the terrorists and radicals, learn English, obey our laws and swear in writing that you will face immediate expulsion from our nation if it’s ever found that you consort in any way with radicals.
Otherwise, face immediate expulsion.
And thus exposes a fundamental problem of islam and muslims.

IOW it would be more effective, if it wasn’t such a “struggle.”
The problem with non-extremist Muslims is the following imo. Many non-extremist Muslims will probably let themselves be bullied by the extremist Muslims, the non-extremists willing to be pawns for the extremists.
The answer is simple, renounce Islam.
You may live in America, but you can never be a Muslim and an American. The two belief systems are irreconcilable.

And that's true because all Islamic murderers call on Allah to witness what they are doing in the name of and for the greater glory of Islam. Murderers who belong to other religions may do so for political reasons or lack of sanity or morality, but not in the name of the God of that religion or for its greater glory.
Islam is alone in that.
One way to show islam is really peace....allow non-muslims to enter mecca.
Tell those non-muslims who claim terrorists are perverting islam to visit mecca.
If someone claiming to be a Christian goes on a murderous rampage, I have no problem denouncing such people ASAP.
However, since murderous rampages are baked into the cake of Islam, I can see where moderate aka apostate muslims might have a problem denouncing such murders.

Approximately 10-15% of Paris is Muslim or at least 224,000 people.
Only 30 felt moved enough to protest the ISIS massacre.
