Talk to anybody who works in or is familiar with your local water works. For anybody who knows what he is doing, introducing agents into a public water supply is quite easy, especially in the thousands of smaller municipalities that we have where nobody is keeping an eye on it. I hate to say it, but if I had a Muslim in my Water Department I would be worried.””
I know a fair bit about this subject. True, security is poor, but, bio agents won’t work in municipal water and dilution of chemicals would render them insufficient to kill and even maim— contamination at a low level could be a problem. Prepared food is a very different and useful target. HVAC SYSTEMS in buildings also very useful to the mass murdering Muslims. They know this and so do many Americans.

“Seven people who claimed to be recently graduated chemical engineering students...will be summoned ...... for trespassing at the reservoir at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.....
They also said a preliminary investigation by authorities suggests the individuals originally are from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. There was no evidence that the seven individuals were committing any crime beyond trespassing, according to David Procopio, a state police spokesman....Further investigation is being undertaken because of the late hour when they were observed, their curious explanation for why they wanted to see the reservoir, and the fact that they were in an area marked no-trespassing”

Correct. Contaminating public water supplies with a biological would be more of a nuisance than serious threat. Unless it was a very small system. Targeting the HVAC of a small structure or a single room would be a more realistic scenario.
Perhaps it would be hard to introduce chemical agents into the water system for a whole municipality, but what about introducing chemicals into a local water main for a large neighborhood?
