They were two hate-filled, bigoted municipal employees interacting in one department. Now 13 innocent people are dead in unspeakable carnage.

One man spent his free time writing frightening, NRA-loving, hate-filled screeds on Facebook about the other’s religion.

The other man quietly stewed and brewed his bigotry, collecting the kind of arsenal that the Facebook poster would have envied.

What they didn’t realize is that except for their different religions they were in many ways similar men who even had the same job.

The NY Daily News already published their headline blasting the prayers from Republican candidates. They tipped their hands that they sympathize with the Islamic terrorists, and they want to frame this as justification to disarm Americans.
This is just more doubling down on this meme.
And yes, they are a disgusting lot.

Linda Stasi is clearly unaware of the depths of her own hate and her own bigotry.

What we have seen in the past few days is frightening. Not only have we seen yet another act of random, Islamic violence, but we have seen an administration and a news media utterly devoted to deflecting blame from the responsible parties and putting it on everyone else: Republicans, the NRA, gun companies, Christians who pray for the victims, and - now - one of the victims himself. Indeed, Stasi does not even consider Thalasinos innocent.

I think that's how God normally works, without thunder and lightning. Some Christian saint referred to God as "modest", in the sense that God usually lets people do what they want without interference. If God constantly stepped in to avert our foolishness and our evil, there would be no free will.

Yet the death toll is 14. Is this evil authoress suggesting the FB poster was not an innocent victim? Seems like it to me.
