Or find some silicon enhanced floozie who takes out multiple mortgages on his property, has a kid with her boyfriend on the side (and claims it belongs to her 'husband'), suddenly claims spousal abuse, gets him court ordered out of his own home, ends up taking everything and he has to move into a homeless shelter.
