Our Filipina friends didn't have the time delay(s) WE had, but THEY all arrived before 9/11

I chalked everything up to 9/11

People I know who married Canadians went through massive drama to get them here. I have heard their tales of craziness. These were standard issue native born, educated guys marrying educated Canadians.
