I have the same Daily News link as yours. There was also several minutes of news early last night (Fox I believe) where the reporter quoted an FBI source who had said Saed specifically went to the party first to confirm a certain person was present. It was repeated 3 times.
then I never heard it again.
Does not surprise me and correlates with what is commonly reported, that Sayeed went to the Christmas party. Then left and came back with his wife to kill non-Muslims.
